ESMI HISTORY

Dr. Dony St. Ger­main and his wife, Sharon, are strongly committed to ministry among the Haitian-American population. He grew up in Haiti and came to the US to train as an engineer, but was soon drawn toward the ministry. After receiving his graduate education at Columbia International University and Jacksonville Theological Seminary, he was ordained by the PCA in 1995. Then, by God's grace, Dr. Dony St. Ger­main planted El Shaddai Presbyterian in Miami, Florida. In addition, he was involved in starting a Christian academy plus three additional PCA churches in South Florida and one in Chicago.
